Copy of the copy of the letter of Seppius Rufus to the centurion Lucretius, where he subjoins his ruling concerning the case of Satabous, son of Herieus, so that Lucretius may comply with his decision. Satabous had been accused of appropriating some ownerless vacant land, and Seppius Rufus had ordered an investigation and requested Satabous to appear before him with the relevant documentation.

Papyrus sheet of dark colour, mutilated to the left and damaged by insect holes throughout; with little abrasion in places. Writing runs on one side along the fibres, the back being blank; there is one column of 16 lines, some of which lack the beginning. Upper, lower, and right margins are extant, with the right margin being minimal; the left margin survives until line 6. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
