Copy of a notice addressed to Epaphroditus whereby Herieus, son of Satabous, from Soknopaiou Nesos, agrees to surrender the lease of an olive press located on an imperial estate, formerly belonging to Tiberius Claudius Sarapion, in the nearby of Herakleia. With subscription at the end.

Papyrus sheet, damaged by holes throughout, especially in the lower half; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text is fragmentary and consists of 23 lines. Upper, lower and left margins are extant. No margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Well-formed and medium-sized hand, with some detached sequences of letters, occasionally compressed at the end of the lines; second hand from line 19, more cursive and smaller.
