Sale of the fourth share of a house with courtyard and appurtenances located in the street of Leukios in Dionysias by Chares, son of Situs, and his sisters, to a certain Tamystha. The sellers are not to proceed against Tamystha. With autograph subscriptions of Chares and Soterichus, who wrote on behalf of Tamystha, and the registration docket at the end.

Papyrus sheet, defaced in places and mutilated to the right; a few holes are also located along the horizontal folds. The text runs along the fibres on one side, with the back blank, and consists of one column with 39 lines. The endings of some lines are lost. All margins are extant, the right being minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Materials: Papyrus.
Dimensions: 298 x 123 mm; housed in a glass case measuring 345 x 190 mm.
Script: Small, uneven cursive hand, with a slant to the right; different hands for the subscriptions at the end: rough and irregular cursive hand from line 24; rough and mostly detached hand for the subscription of Soterichus; small cursive hand in the last two lines for the registration docket.
