Incomplete papyrus sheet, lacking its right-hand half and damaged by holes, especially along the right edge; the surface is somewhat abraded in places. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The text is arranged in one column, with the ends of the lines being lost. Left, upper and lower margins are extant, the upper being imperfect; the right margin is lost. A short detached strip of fibres is located in the right-hand side of the frame. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Thick and angular hand of fair size, with sequences of letters more cursively written; different hand for the subscriptios: from line 26 somewhat rough cursive hand of fair size; from line 32 large, detached hand, rough and unexperienced; end of line 32, line 33: small and rapid cursive hand.
