Upper portion of a papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and somewhat damaged along some of the vertical folding lines; the lower part of the sheet is defaced. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. Left and upper margins survive; no margin was left to the right, and the lower margin is lost. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
