Primus, son of Sambas, acknowledges that he has received 2,000 silver drachmas as a deposit from Heraclides, son of Triadelphus, through the bank of Dionysius alias Chaeremon at Ptolemais Euergetis. The deposit is free from all risks and not subject to any deduction; should Primus fail to return the deposit when requested, he shall pay double the amount. The official stamp in red with the regnal year is on the back under two lines of text.

Complete papyrus sheet, damaged at the sides and in the lower part. The surface is abraded in places. Writing is on either side: on the front there is a wide column of 24 lines written along the fibres; the blank space at the bottom measures 88 mm. On the back there are two lines written across the fibres and the official stamp in red.
