Papyrus sheet, almost complete, but damaged by insect holes especially in the lower half, and abraded in places; writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 20 lines, of which the first two are indented. Margins survive, with the left and lower being damaged. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 151 x 67 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 205 x 115 mm.
Script: Lines 1-2: Thick and large upright cursive hand. Line 3-end: Small, rapid and rough cursive hand, with a slight slant to the right; a word at the end of line 13 is thicker and in darker ink.
