Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and damaged along the vertical folding lines. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text consists of one column with 26 lines, with the last quite mutilated. Left and upper margins are extant; no blank space was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Neat and proficient upright cursive hand of small size, occasionally thicker. Hand of Alcimus.
