A loan of money and wheat, registered in the registration office (grapheion) of Herakleia, the lender being the priest Stotoetis, son of Horus. The borrower, Apollonius son of Castor, is to return the loan of 200 drachmas and 15 artabas of fine wheat with interest within nine months. The document was written by Alcimus.

Complete papyrus sheet, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are a few small holes and the surface is occasionally abraded along the vertical folding lines. The text consists of one column with 26 lines, the last of which, separated by little blank space, is indented. All margins are extant, with no margin at the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
