Papyrus sheet, complete, with only a few small wormholes, located especially in the lower portion of the sheet. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. All margins are extant; at the right no margin was left. The blank space at the bottom measures 84-89 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Dimensions: 210 x 55 mm; housed in a glass case measuring 260 x 110 mm.
Script: Two hands. Lines 1-11: Thick, upright hand, detached, with a few ligatured sequences and somewhat irregular; it may be the same as the first hand of Papyrus 466. Line 11-end: Thin rapid cursive hand for the body of the document.
