Complete papyrus sheet, slightly damaged along the folding lines and with a darker stain in the middle. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; the text consists of twenty-seven lines, the last three of which are separated from the rest of the text by little blank space. All margins are extant; no margin was left at the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Materials: Papyrus.
Dimensions: 212 x 95 mm; housed in a glass case measuring 260 x 145 mm.
Script: Neat, upright cursive hand, cramped and occasionally compressed at the end of the lines. An interlinear addition in the same hand occurs between lines 9 and 10. The last two lines with the date are written very cursively.
