Papyrus sheet, lacking part of the left hand side and damaged along the vertical folds. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text consists of one column with 21 lines, some of which lack a few letters at the beginning. All margins are extant, although the left is damaged and the right is minimal. The blank space at the bottom measures 115 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
