Beginning of a receipt acknowledging that Anubion, son of Anubion, of Memphis, has paid to Labois, son of Anubion, of Memphis, the outstanding sum for the price of a boat used to transport manure. The payment was made through the bank of Sarapion, son of Areius, former high priest in the Hadrianaeum. An earlier payment was made through the bank of Apollonius. The docket is on the back.

Fragment of a papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and lacking a few horizontal fibres in the lower portion. Writing runs along the fibres on both sides, the back having a one-line docket. On the front 13 lines survive, with the last two very fragmentary. Left and upper margins are extant; no margin was left to the right. The surface is slightly damaged in places. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
