Papyrus sheet, complete, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. All margins are extant, the right being irregular and minimal; the blank space at the bottom measures 115 mm. A few horizontal fibres are missing in the lower part of the sheet. The text is complete and consists of 9 lines. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
