Two penthemeros-certificates, certificates for the requisite five-day work on the dykes.
Upper sheet (Papyrus 325A): Certificate issued to the slave Sotas, of Soknopaiou Nesos, for the five-day work he performed at the canal of Boubasteis. With the signature of Didymus at the end. Dated to 10 August 161.
Lower sheet (Papyrus 325B): Certificate issued to Stotoetis, son of Apynchis, of Soknopaiou Nesos, for the five-day worked performed at the canal Epagathiane; the details were written in a hand different from the one of the date. Dated to 10 November 161.

Two square papyrus sheets, written on one side along the fibres, with the back blank; they are mounted on cardboard in the same glass case.
The upper sheet (Papyrus 325A) is damaged at the left and bottom and has a few holes at the right; it contains 8 lines, a few of which are slightly damaged to the left; the last two are indented.
The lower sheet (Papyrus 325B) is dark-brown; it is complete, although slightly damaged at the right and top. There are a few small holes. The text consists of 8 lines, all complete.

Dimensions: A: 72 x 75 mm; B: 77 x 78 mm. Housed in a glass case measuring 220 x 130 mm.
Script: 325A: Square upright detached hand of medium size, with a few ligatured letters; in the last line rapid cursive hand. 325B: Thick, neat and practised upright cursive hand; from mid of line 6 to end: large, upright detached hand, with few ligatures.
