Papyrus sheet, complete, damaged by few holes; writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of one column of 28 lines; all margins are extant, with no margin having been left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Good-sized cursive hand, with a tendency of the last few lines to incline slightly downwards.
