The priestess Thases, daughter of Stotoetis, and another Thases, daughter of Horus, acknowledge that they have received the payment of 14 drachmas out of 21 from Taouetis for the purchase of a share of a house located in Soknopaiou Nesos. With subscription of the vendors written by Stotoetis as they are illiterate. The document was registered in the registration office (grapheion) of Neilopolis.

Papyrus sheet, complete, with small insect holes and abrasion in the left half; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of one column of 36 lines; all margins are extant; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
