Lease of a mill located near the village of Herakleia and belonging to the temple of Socnopaeus; the lessors are representatives of the priestly college of Soknopaiou Nesos, and the lessee is a certain Ammonaphis, a miller. For the first five years, the rental will have to be spent on the mill; from the sixth year of the lease, the rent to be paid is 120 drachmas per year besides produce of varous kinds. With subscriptions of two of the priests, Stotoetis, son of Stotoetis, and Stotoetis, son of Herieus, at the end; dated in year 7 of an unnamed emperor.

Light-brown papyrus sheet, complete, with minor damage along the vertical folds; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of one column of 27 lines, with the last separated by some blank space. All margins are extant; no margin was left to the right; the blank space at the bottom measures 110 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
