A five-month loan of 400 drachmas from Pharion, son of Didas, to Stotoetis, Alpaeitis, Pecysis, Harpagathes and Satabous, priests of Soknopaiou Nesos. The loan was made through the bank of Didymus and was to be repaid with interest. The text was crossed out.

Papyrus sheet, nearly complete but damaged at the bottom; with some surface damage throughout. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of one column of 25 lines, which were crossed out. Left and upper margins are extant; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
