Papyrus sheet, square-shaped, darker in the upper part, complete but damaged in the lower portion. Writing runs across the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of 7 lines; margins are extant, with minimal margin to the right and the blank space at the bottom measuring c. 6 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
