Papyrus sheet, complete, although lacking part of the lower margin; the surface is damaged in places, with small holes, abrasion, lack and misplacement of few horizontal fibres. The text runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; it consists of 15 lines, all complete. All margins are extant, with the right being irregular and minimal and the blank space at the bottom measuring 80-90 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Large, uneven cursive hand of fair size, with a slant to the right and occasionally compressed at the end of the lines.
