Square-shaped, light-brown papyrus sheet, fully preserved, written on one side across the fibres, with the back blank. The text is complete, and the surface is slightly abraded in the lower portion of the sheet. All margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 32 mm and the right margin being irregular and minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Rapid cursive hand of small size, slanting to the right. Month and day were added between lines 4 and 5.

Provenance: Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 272-400 from Theodor Graf (b. 1840, d. 1903) on 11 April 1893.
