Papyrus sheet, complete, although slightly damaged in the left portion and along some of the vertical folds. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, with the back being blank. The text, consisting of 8 lines, is complete and occupies only the upper part of the sheet. All margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 130-140 mm. The right margin is irregular. In the right edge, traces of ink are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
