A declaration addressed to the strategus Flavius Apollonius and the royal scribe (basilikos grammateus) of the division of Herakleides in the Arsinoite nome from Stotoetis, son of Stotoetis, of Soknopaiou Nesos, registering for the current year the same two camels he had declared in the previous year. Papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and with surface damage throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text is complete, though abraded in places; there is one column; the upper margin is lost, the other margins are extant, with the right being minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
