Papyrus sheet, square-shaped, lacking the lower right edge; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of 6 lines, the first of which is separated by blank space. All margins are extant, with no margin left to the right and minimal margin at the top. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
