A will of a man whose name is lost, who makes provisions for the members of his family in the case of his death. His wife Isidora, his three sons and his daughter are to inherit landed property in various villages of the Arsinoite nome, slaves, livestock, real estate and a house in the capital. A guardian is appointed for the youngest son and presumably the daughter; a dowry is also mentioned. The subscriptions of the witnesses are at the end.

- Light-brown papyrus sheet in poor condition, lacking part of its lower portion and with loss to the left and right; it is torn at the edges. The text is incomplete and runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; from line 29, lines are badly mutilated. Strips of horizontal fibres are missing, with the layer of vertical fibres underneath visible in places. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
