Small and complete papyrus, slightly damaged along the right edge and some of the horizontal folds; it is written on one side along the fibres, the back having some dark spots and possible traces of ink. The text on the front is complete and occupies less than a third of the sheet. Further traces are visible at the bottom, near the right edge. All margins are extant, the side ones being minimal; the blank space at the bottom measures 90 mm. A trace of ink is visible at the bottom. The original clay seal with the string of papyrus used to keep the sheet rolled up are preserved. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
