- Badly damaged papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, mutilated and with surface damage throughout. Writing runs across the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The text is incomplete and damaged at the left and bottom. Although mutilated, left, upper and lower margins survive, the right being irregular and minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
