Fragmentary papyrus sheet, darkened, broken off at the top, and mutilated in places; writing is on one side across the fibres; the back is blank. Side margins are minimal, the other margins are lost. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Neat cursive hand slanting to the right of fair size; rougher cursive hands for the subscriptions at the end.
