Dark brown papyrus sheet, incomplete, lacking the upper left edge, part of the bottom and of the right edge. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, with the back blank; the text is incomplete, with the beginnings and ends of some lines being lost. The surface is damaged in places. The blank space at the bottom measures 105 mm. Vertical and horizontal folding lines are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
