A petition to Abinnaeus from Demetrius, assistant of a certain Ision, who is complaining about the behaviour of Athenodorus, one of Abinnaeus’ soldier. Athenodorus is accused of assault against Demetrius while the latter was about to collect the corn at Ibion; the soldier also keeps going drunk into the fields, terrorizing the village. Demetrius asks for justice to be made by Abinnaeus, before he informs other people.

Papyrus sheet, somewhat defaced in places, especially in the upper part of the sheet, and damaged at the bottom. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. Left, upper and right margins are extant, the right being minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
