Papyrus sheet, damaged by holes throughout, especially at the top and bottom. Writing is on both sides along the fibres, the back bearing one line. The upper and left margins measure 5 mm, and the lower 40 mm; no margin was left at the right. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
