Column 2: Certificate issued to Ptollis, son of Petesuchus, for the five-day work performed at the canal of Hephaistion. With subscriptions at the end.

Papyrus sheet, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The sheet is complete, although the surface is abraded in places and there are a few holes throughout. All margins are extant and the texts are complete. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Five cursive hands, one for the body of the documents, small and rapid; a second filled in the details, the other three for the subscriptions at the end.
