Recto (TM 22584): Greek contract for the sale of a storehouse and an apartment above it, inherited from the vendors’ parents, at a price of four and two thirds solidi of gold, of which the sellers acknowledge receipt. The buyers are Paamios, Jacob, Thecla; the names of the vendors are lost; dated about 610. Further portions from the beginning of the text are in the Bodleian Library, Oxford, inventoried as MS. Gr. class. c. 25 (P).
Verso (TM 23737): Declaration in Coptic by Victor and his wife Herai in favour of their daughter and granddaughter, who will inherit all their possessions. Any declaration or statement made in the future shall be invalid. Dated 22 January 627; with subscriptions of the declarants (written by someone else) and of the witnesses at the end. The beginning of the text is preserved in the Bodleian fragment, inventoried as MS. Gr. class. c. 25 (P), and includes a short summary in Greek.

Fragment of a medium-brown papyrus roll, another fragment of which is Oxford, Bodleian Library, inventoried as MS. Gr. class. c. 25 (P); broken off at the top and damaged throughout, especially along the central vertical fold; written on both sides. On the front, there are 30 lines in Greek written across the fibres; the Bodleian fragment preserves further 14 lines from the top. On the back, there are 37 lines in Coptic written along the fibres; the Bodleian fragment preserves 9 further lines from the beginning of the text. The papyrus was rolled up from bottom to top; housed in a glass frame.
