Papyrus slip, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank; with some surface damage in the right half. It bears 5 lines, complete; all margins are extant. A sheet-join runs across the fibres, along the height of the papyrus, in the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Dimensions: 62 x 188 mm; housed in a glass case measuring 105 x 240 mm.
Script: Rather small and thick cursive hand with a slight tendency for lines to incline upwards.

Provenance: Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 450-464 and Coptic papyri from Theodor Graf (b. 1840, d. 1903) in March 1893 and transferred with Papyri 459-464 from the Oriental Department of the British Museum in June 1894.
