Papyrus sheet, almost complete, lacking the lower left edge and damaged by wormholes throughout; the surface is abraded in places. The text, consisting of one column of 19 lines, runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. All margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring approximately 50 mm; no margin was left at the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
