Papyrus sheet, well preserved, although lacking the upper left edge and with slight damage along the folding lines. The text, which occupies less than half of the sheet, is complete and runs along the fibres on one side, with the back being blank. All margins are extant, the right being minimal. The blank space at the bottom measures 57 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
