Papyrus sheet, complete but damaged by holes throughout, especially along the first vertical fold from the left; strips of horizontal fibres are missing in the upper part of the sheet. The text runs along the fibres and occupies a third of the sheet. All margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 155 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
