Papyrus slip, complete and well preserved, with few small insect holes; written on both sides. On the front there are two columns of 5 lines each, complete, running across the fibres; on the back there is one line written along the fibres. All margins are extant; folding lines are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
