Fragmentary codicil to an existing will, including the request of the testator that the official certificate of his will be delivered, the statement by the notary Marcellinus confirming the delivery, and the statement of the testator about the changes to be made. Provisions are made about a debt, a female slave, to be freed with her children, and the testator’s possessions. A yearly grant in wheat is to be made for a religious institution.

Papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and sides, with minor damage in the preserved portion; writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being balnk. On the front there are 26 lines, lacking beginnings and ends. Of the first line, only few traces remain. A sheet-join runs across the fibres in the middle of the fragment. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
