Six fragments of varying size extracted from mummy cartonnage, mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
Upper left papyrus (A): Medium-brown papyrus sheet, slightly damaged on the left; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears 10 lines, the back is blank.
Second papyrus at the top (B): Light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, damaged along the right edge; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears 9 lines, with traces of another line at the bottom; the back is blank.
Upper right papyrus (C): Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete on the right, with surface damage; written on one side across the fibres. The front bears the ends of 6 lines, the back is blank.
Lower left papyrus (D): Long and narrow papyrus sheet, with some surface damage and plaster residue; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears 10 lines followed by some blank space and another 6 lines in another hand. The back is blank.
Second papyrus at the bottom (E): Light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off on the left; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears the ends of 15 lines, with blank space between lines 3 and 4. The back is blank.
Lower right papyrus (F): Light-brown papyrus sheet, with plaster residue; imperfect on the right and at the top. Written on one side along the fibres. The front bears the beginnings of 18 lines; the back is blank.

Origin: Ptolemais Hormou (El-Lahun), meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt.
Provenance: Gurob, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Presented as part of a lot comprising Papyri 486-603 by Henry Martyn Kennard (b. 1833, d. 1911) in May 1895. The papyri had been extracted from mummy cartonnage found in Gurob by William Matthew Flinders Petrie (b. 1853, d. 1942) in 1889-1890.
