Fragment of a light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the left and with minor surface damage in the preserved portion. Writing runs across the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 6 lines lacking the beginnings; upper, right and lower margins are extant. Folding lines are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Neat and carefully executed hand, with some more cursive sequences of letters.

Provenance: Arsinoite nome. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 605-649 from Bernard Pyne Grenfell (b. 1869, d. 1926) on 9 November 1895.
