Apollonia, wife of Dryton, who is acting as her guardian, lends 10,000 drachmas with interest included to Solon alias Sleis, Harmais and their mother. The loan is for a period of five months, starting on 7 November 127 BC. Penalty applies, should the debtors fail to repay it within the agreed time. The scribe is Areius. The summary is on the back.

Papyrus sheet, broken off at the left and damaged along a horizontal fold. Writing is on both sides, along the fibres on the recto and across them on the verso. On the recto, portions of 20 lines survive, lacking the beginnings. The upper margin measures 7 mm, the lower 26 mm, and the right is minimal. The back contains a two-line docket. The papyrus was rolled horizontally from bottom to top. It is housed in a glass case.
