Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, with minor damage in the lower portion, but otherwise well preserved. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 15 lines, the last of which is mutilated. Upper and side margins are extant. Horizontal folds are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 190 x 98 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 245 x 150 mm.
Script: Neat and regular upright hand, carefully executed, with some ligatures; uprights tend to have serifs.

Provenance: Pathyris (Gebelein), Pathyrite nome, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 605-650 from Bernard Pyne Grenfell (b. 1869, d. 1926) on 9 November 1895.
