Papyrus sheet, fully preserved, written on both sides along the fibres, the back having a two-line docket. All margins are extant, the upper being of 36 mm, the left of 23 mm, and the others being minimal. The papyrus was rolled horizontally. It is housed in a glass case.

Script: Upright cursive hand, somewhat irregular, with sequences of letters written more cursively; hand of Areius.
