Portions of 10 lines survive; lines 1-4 are badly mutilated, with a loss of c. 70 letters to the right. The lower margin is extant; a sheet-join runs along the fibres at the bottom. A fragment in Cairo, inventoried as P.Cair. inv. 10373, preserves portions of the first 4 lines. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
