Text across the fibres:
Lines 1-5: End of a contract; price paid: 1 talent.
Line 6-end: Sale of 1 ¼ aruras of land from Pachnoubis and his siblings, at the price of 2,800 drachmas.
Text along the fibres:
Sale of half arura of land from Tamnoubis, daughter of Philippus, acting with her guardian, at the price of 2,800 drachmas. The last three lines refer to the sale of Pachnoubis recorded on the other side.

- Papyrus sheet, lacking part of the top and bottom; with surface damage in places. Writing runs on both sides. The text across the fibres was written first and has 27 lines; the sheet was rotated 180 degrees to host writing on the other sides, which bears 29 lines along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
