Two fragments of varying size from the same papyrus sheet, with a gap of 10 letters on average between them. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. Portions of 8 lines remain; the upper and lower margins at least partly survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Dimensions: Left fragment: 160 x 95 mm; Right fragment: 97 x 48 mm. Housed in a glass frame measuring 205 x 220 mm.
Script: Thin, medium-sized cursive hand, with some enlarged letters and some hooked strokes.
