Document drawn up by Hermias in the notarial office in Pathyris, recording the sale of the fourth part of a vineyard and the fifth part of some corn-land, from Sennesis, with her husband as a guardian, to Peteharsemtheus. Sennesis had bought the plots of land from him two years before (recorded in P.Lisp. I 1). With endorsement on the back.

Papyrus sheet, complete, but with major breaks along a vertical fold and in the upper left portion. Writing runs along the fibres on both sides; on the back there are two columns of two lines each, located in the lower left part; the front bears one column of 22 lines, of which the last is indented and separated by paragraphus and some blank space. All margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 90 mm. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 313 x 167 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 365 x 215 mm.
Script: Medium-sized, upright cursive hand, thicker in places and somewhat irregular in size with some left-pointing serifs at the end of uprights.

The papyrus belongs to the Archive of Peteharsemtheus son of Panebchounis (TM Arch ID 183). Same hand as that of P.Grenf. II 25-31, 33, 35.
