Fragments of varying size from a papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and left (front); writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The back bears 2 lines, complete; on the front there are parts of 14 lines; of line 11, only few traces remain. One or two letters are lost to the left. The upper margin is extant, and no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
